Senior Executive - Accounts & Administration

Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and ensure payments and receipts are made for clients in timely and accurate manner.
  2. Handle full set of accounts for client accounts and generate timely financial reports for management.
  3. To ensure timely recording and verification of client's receipts and payments transactions and prepare bank reconciliation statements.
  4. Responsible for preparing and filing accounting documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Prepare statement of account for clients and delivery of information on time.
  6. Maintain and update database systems, records and organization of filing system.
  7. Liaise with clients and service providers to resolve matters in regards to Trust administration.
  8. Provide general office and administrative support with respect to the Company's products and services.
  9. Assist in other jobs assigned by management as and when required.

Requirements:

  1. Candidates must possess at least Degree in Accounting /Finance / Business Admin / or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
  2. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  3. Possess good inter personal and communication skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft office - Word, Advanced Excel and Power Point.
  5. Experience in UBS accounting software or other accounting software would be an added advantage.
  6. Analytical, detail oriented and high degree of accuracy/integrity of data required.
  7. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
  8. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Senior Executive - Operations and Administration

Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Carry out administrative functions in the areas for Will Writing, Individual and Corporate Trust and Estate Administration.
  2. Assist in review and draft agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
  3. Attend meetings with clients, regulators and relevant parties related to administration of Trust and prepare relevant minutes.
  4. Maintenance and update of client database systems, record and organization of filing system.
  5. Responsible for verification, receipt and recording of client data and information accurately as per defined procedures within set deadlines.
  6. Provide to client accurate reporting and delivery of information on time.
  7. Provide administrative support with respect to the Company's products and services.
  8. Assist in other jobs assigned by management as and when required.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Law /Financial planning / Business Admin or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience preferably in a similar capacity.
  3. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Should possess excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  5. Possess good inter personal skills.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  7. Should be of pleasant disposition, have excellent time management and organisational skills.
  8. Willing to travel and should possess own transport.
  9. Experience in financial planning products and trust services will be an added advantage.
